Please allow me to tell you what a difference TDM Ad-Hold has made in my job. I am, and have been for eleven years, the switchboard operator for a very busy car dealership.

Who would have thought that messages played while our customers were on hold would have such an effect? Certainly not me! In fact, my first response was merely that it would be nice; But what does it cost? This is the usual response from many I suppose, but I was really surprised. Not only were our customers entertained while waiting, we even found it possible to give helpful tips and even generate product interest resulting in more sales.
One drinking water system pays for our TDM billing. When we have price shoppers calling, they hear our advertised special offer and many times their shopping sprees stop here!
Needless to say, what began as a tool to keep our customers on the phone a little longer has truly become a valuable member of our sales team. TDM-AD-HOLD has helped us accomplish everything you promised us with a great deal of professionalism. I especially enjoy tailoring our scripts to meet the seasonal demands of each quarter.
In short, we keep our customers informed in an entertaining format and we stop them from shopping further before we even answer the phone personally. Who would have thought??

As you may remember, we started Ad-Hold at our hospital in Eugene about two years ago. Then, a year ago we expanded the service to eight additional Serenity Lane clinics throughout Oregon.

You may remember that when we met I told you about an experience that I had with "message on hold" some years ago.
